A very rare and unusual Piaget buckle in solid yellow gold.
This is a double folding clasp (butterfly clasp) buckle for 18mm width leather strap.
It as the Piaget typo engraved with 0.750 under the strap attachement end.
The buckle weight 14g which is much heavier than the usual buckle you can find on the market.
